DECEIVER To Record Debut Mini-CD In May

DECEIVER, the Swedish metal band featuring members of MAZE OF TORMENT and SERPENT OBSCENE, will enter The Abyss studio in May with producer Tommy Tägtgren for the recording of their debut mini-CD. The as-yet-untitled effort will be released through the Singaporean label Konqueror Records in August. The band's music is being described as "the hard sharp riffing of bands like JUDAS PRIEST and MOTÖRHEAD" mixed with "a dose of melody from bands like MERCYFUL FATE and THIN LIZZY" topped off by vocals that "for sure will give you a VENOM vibe."
